🕒 Arrival:
Please arrive 10 minutes early to your appointment to ensure a smooth and prayerful start.

⏳ Session Duration:
Appointments generally last 45 minutes to 1 hour. We encourage you to come prepared, spiritually open, and with a notepad if you'd like to take notes.

📅 Cancellation Policy & Accountability Fee:
We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance using the link provided in your confirmation email.

If you miss your appointment without notice, a $97 accountability fee will be required to book your next session. This fee is refunded when you attend your rescheduled session, as a way to honor everyone’s time and ensure availability for others in need.

To reschedule, simply locate your confirmation email and click the “Reschedule” link.

👗 Dress Code:
Please dress appropriately and respectfully for your session, whether in person or on video.
