Citi Del of Praise is seeking a Ministry Director with the heart of a servant, the mind of a strategist, and the vision of a Kingdom builder. This is more than a job—it’s a divine assignment.
As the Ministry Director, you won’t just manage people—you will shepherd leaders, guide teams, and bring unity, clarity, and strength to the ministries that make our church thrive. You’ll work hand-in-hand with Bishop-Elect Charles W. Smith Sr., helping to shape, structure, and steward the church’s vision with excellence and spiritual integrity.
Your mission extends beyond administrative oversight. You're deeply entrenched in nurturing the spiritual growth of our community. You will lead our God-seeking activities, ensuring that our church's goals are met with heartfelt dedication and precision. Your hands-on approach will be pivotal in developing our members' spiritual journey, crafting leadership programs that sharpen and empower our staff.
You hold a special accountability to Pastor Smith. This includes providing him with weekly updates on staff development, training progress, church goals, and the overall spiritual climate of our congregation.
In your role, you are more than a leader; you are a shepherd to our ministry team. Your guidance, nurturing, and troubleshooting skills are vital in keeping everyone aligned with our church's vision and faith mission.
Your role requires a blend of exemplary faith, humility, and wisdom. You're a source of inspiration and connection, engaging deeply in theological discussions and ensuring that our teachings are impactful and sound.
Always on the lookout for innovative ways to enhance our ministry, you're actively involved in community outreach, mentoring, and discipleship. Your goal is to continually elevate our team's capabilities and impact.
You'll lead vital projects, driving our outreach programs, leadership development, and discipleship activities. Your strategic insights are crucial in advancing our church's mission.
Regular Spiritual Engagements:
Your leadership extends beyond the office. You're actively involved in teaching, counseling, and being a spiritual anchor at various church events, ensuring a robust spiritual presence in all facets of church life.
Bachelor’s degree in Theology, Ministry, Religious Studies, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a church leadership or ministry coordination role.
