Acts as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including the Pastor and various ministries. Demonstrates professionalism in coordinating meetings, events, and projects. Effectively manages the schedule and calendar for the Pastor and other relevant individuals. Proactively anticipates administrative needs and takes initiative with minimal supervision. Engages with staff and visitors at the Pastor's office in a positive and professional manner. Facilitates travel arrangements as required. Compiles reports on active and inactive memberships. Strives to enhance the overall professionalism of administrative processes.
